Most Instagramable Spots on Maui

Is "instagramable" even a word?! Maybe not but I vote it should be! I'll be the first to admit I'm sometimes as basic as it gets when it comes to traveling. When I'm deciding where my next destination should be I almost always do some good old fashioned Instagram stalking. I spend a lot of time researching locations and hashtags on Instagram because I love looking at other people's adventures (it's one of the main reasons I decided to become a travel blogger in the first place).

I'm not ashamed to admit I've sipped Frose at Bry's Estate in Traverse City or made a trip to Grand Rapids to seek out the most adorable coffee camper just because I saw it on "the gram." So in the spirit of all things colorful wall murals and Insta-worthy sunsets I've rounded up my favorite spots to snap a pic while visiting Maui.

Fun in the Sun on Maui

Located on the side of Maui Mike's Beach House (126 Hinau St. Lahaina) I spotted this beauty while driving back from Kaanapali and just had to stop. 

Maui Pineapple Store

This shop is the cutest addition to Front Street in downtown Lahaina (695 Front St. Lahaina) and has everything pineapple you can dream of - including this adorable wall mural. This is also where we got our liquid gold drink. 

Olowalu Juice Stand

The cutest little juice truck (737 Honoapiilani Hwy Lahaina) covered in tropical goodness. Order the Pineapple smoothie! The truck is located in the same lot as Leoda's Pie Shop and a small farmer's market selling fresh fruit and other goodness. It makes a great breakfast stop as you're passing through to other parts of the island.

Wow Wow Lemonade 

All the aloha vibes! If you've been following the blog for any time you know how obsessed I am with this adorable shop (1279 S. Kihei Rd #309 Kihei) serving up hand crafted lemonades. The inside of the store makes the cutest backdrop or take your aloha mason jar to the beach with you.

Lahaina Boardwalk 

Lahaina is hands down our favorite spot in Maui. The bustling downtown area offers so many options for shopping, dining, and night life. This picturesque boardwalk stretches along the water and is the perfect spot for a sunset stroll. 

Rainbow Surfboard Wall

Driving around the quaint little town of Paia on Maui's north shore you're bound to see more than your fair share of surfboard "fences." This one is the most colorful and accessible - just a short walk from the main downtown area (221 Baldwin Ave Paia).

Paia Public Mural 

Paia is such a fun town - make sure it's on your list to explore! It also has such an artisty vibe with so many murals. The Paia Town Public Parking lot (134 Hana Hwy. Paia) is lined with colorful art as part of a community project completed by 808 URBAN. That's 84 feet of photo ops - all you have to do is choose your favorite! 

Turtle Mural 

I'm not sure what the exact name of this mural is but I've officially dubbed in the turtle mural because c'mon look how cute those guys are! Located on the side of Sand & Sea Maui (99 Hana Hwy #B Paia) this piece also features a large diver on the other half.
