Hello! I'm Jessica - a travel writer based in Southwest Michigan. I have lived in the Mitten State my entire life and am passionate about getting out and exploring in all four seasons and I want to help you do the same. I love sharing my adventures both near and far and introducing you to the most epic lodging, hikes, events and road trips.
With every adventure I take there is one thing they always have in common - plan, plan and plan some more! I'm spontaneous in that I'll book a flight or buy tickets the same night we decide on a destination. But I am also a type-A personality to the core and I love to do research to discover the best restaurants, must-see attractions, and hidden gems and plan out detailed itineraries to help make the most of our time.
