Comfort, Style, Organization: A Backpack for Today's Women.
This is the idea behind Parker Design Co.'s Rosa Pak and it certainly delivers on all aspects. I was so happy to discover this bag before my recent trip to Hawaii. And best of all they are a Michigan made company and I always love being able to support local small businesses whenever possible. As someone who travels a lot, I am always looking for ways to make the experience more enjoyable. I'll be honest I have a self diagnosed case of flight anxiety. I do not enjoy airports and am constantly checking to make sure I have everything and my passport didn't fall out of my bag or I left my phone charger plugged into the wall. Not to mention having to worry about a heavy purse or tote bag shifting from one shoulder to the next while dragging a suitcase behind you. Phew! With the Rosa Pak I didn't have any of these issues. I had easy access to all my items at all times and going through security was a breeze.
The Rosa Pak is a vegan leather durable backpack created to hold all your everyday essentials including a laptop sleeve, two water bottle holders and a reach-in front pocket that was a perfect fit for my cell phone. I didn't bring a laptop with me this trip and instead used the inner pocket to hold all my important travel documents and magazines for reading on the plane. The structural integrity of the bottom of the bag keeps things right where you left them as opposed to other backpacks where everything ends up in a jumbled mess in the bottom and you're stuck digging through the never ending abyss. The bag comes in three colors - black, navy, and taupe - and I fell in love with navy!
After landing on the ground, I also took the Rosa Pak on multiple adventures while on the islands - packed full of my essentials each time. I took it to the beach, to a farmer's market, and even on our bike ride along the Kauai coastline. My shoulders were thanking me the entire time thanks to the thick padded straps!
In addition to producing a high quality product, Parker Design Co. stands for so much more. Their mission is to positively impact the world, and through Random Acts of Kindness, or as they like to call them PAK's, Parker Acts of Kindness. **Disclosure: Parker Design Co. provided me with a Rosa Pak in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
